By creating an account on h5.okplay, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with h5.okplay and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This Agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the registration process or first access the platform, whichever occurs earlier.

These Terms apply to all users of the h5.okplay platform, including registered players, visitors browsing the site without an account, and any person accessing the platform through any device or interface.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and h5.okplay with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use h5.okplay. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law. h5.okplay strictly prohibits access by minors and employs age verification procedures during registration and KYC review.

If h5.okplay discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under 21 years of age, h5.okplay reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all wagers placed, and withhold or return any funds in the account in accordance with applicable law.

h5.okplay's services are directed at players physically located in the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of h5.okplay complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. h5.okplay makes no representation that its services are lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

Access to h5.okplay from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted is done at the user's own risk and is a violation of these Terms. h5.okplay reserves the right to block access from restricted territories at any time.

You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any sanctions that would prohibit your use of the platform.

To access the full features of h5.okplay, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

h5.okplay reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on h5.okplay. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. h5.okplay employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, h5.okplay may close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical wagers, and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any third party. h5.okplay will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, or email.

You agree to notify h5.okplay immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. h5.okplay shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

h5.okplay is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID) when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

h5.okplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods:

• GCash (mobile wallet)
• PayMaya / Maya (mobile wallet)
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit, linked to a Philippine bank account)

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). h5.okplay does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your h5.okplay account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. h5.okplay does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. h5.okplay aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of approval, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the h5.okplay account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. h5.okplay reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

h5.okplay complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments. h5.okplay reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering activity is suspected. Players who deposit funds must use those funds for genuine gaming activity and not for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal activity.

h5.okplay may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

h5.okplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. h5.okplay reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements.

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed abusive by h5.okplay will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. h5.okplay's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

All games available on h5.okplay use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently of h5.okplay's systems. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the respective game suppliers and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed returns on any individual session.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. h5.okplay reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players who consistently win large amounts may have their maximum bet limits reduced at h5.okplay's sole discretion.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, h5.okplay reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the players' accounts. h5.okplay shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Obvious errors in displayed odds, payouts, or game results do not create a binding obligation on h5.okplay to honor such erroneous results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on h5.okplay and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Creating or operating more than one account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the platform's security
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing h5.okplay staff or other players
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing any third party to use your account

All content on the h5.okplay platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of h5.okplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the h5.okplay platform without prior written consent from h5.okplay.

h5.okplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The h5.okplay platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. h5.okplay makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. h5.okplay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, h5.okplay's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your h5.okplay account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. h5.okplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or gaming winnings.

You may close your h5.okplay account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

h5.okplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of closure due to breach, h5.okplay may forfeit any balance held in the account.

h5.okplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform or by notification to the contact details on file. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of h5.okplay, you agree to first contact h5.okplay's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. h5.okplay will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
